      -Supports up to 300 BINs. Enables rapid BIN output from multiple wafers, enhancing BIN streaming efficiency and reducing the residence time of BIN frames within the machine.

      -Placement accuracy: XY ≤ ±15µm, θ ≤ ±3° (@3 Sigma). Picking yield >99.97%. Adhesive residue rate ≤0.025%.
      4. High Reliability
      -Features automatic sequence continuation and correction functions. The abnormal continuation rate is ≤0.01%.
      5. Automatic Nozzle & Ejector Pin Cleaning
      -Supports fully automatic cleaning of nozzles and ejector pins. Automatic alcohol wiping for nozzles is available as an optional feature.
      6. Centralized Machine Management
      -Standard central control software supports the centralized management of multiple machines, including product recipes, process files, throughput, and consumables.
      -Facilitates single-PC management of multiple machines for quick alarm resolution, improving machine utilization and overall throughput.
